Refund Policy
If HelpLayer isn't right for you, you can get your money back. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are paid by Paddle.
14 days for any payment
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment: a new subscription, a renewal, or a pack of AI credits. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
- Go to paddle.net, look up your order with the email you paid with, and request a refund there; or
- reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you; or
- write to us at [email protected] with the email you paid with, and we'll arrange it with Paddle.
What happens next
- Paddle refunds the original payment method. It usually shows within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- A refunded subscription ends, and your account moves to the Free plan. Your account and your content stay; the Free plan's limits apply from then on.
- Credits from a refunded credit pack are removed from your balance.
After 14 days
You can cancel any time in Billing, and you won't be charged again; your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. If something went wrong after the 14 days (a charge you didn't expect, or HelpLayer not working for you), write to us anyway. We look at every request.
