Add photos without a location to your trips

Some photos, like screenshots or pictures from older cameras, are saved without a location. Ricordo still finds a place for many of them, and you can do the rest.

Placed by date

Photos without a location taken during a trip join it by themselves. Open one and you'll see placed by date under it.

Where were you?

The others are grouped into moments, so one answer places them all.

1. Tap the gear at the top of the Atlas.

2. Tap Where were you?.

3. Look at the moment's photos and dates, then tap where you were. Suggestions come from your flights and nearby photos.

4. Not listed? Tap Somewhere else… and search for it.

5. Not sure? Tap Not sure, skip.

You can also swipe right for the first suggestion, or left to skip. Placed a moment by mistake? Tap Undo.

Move them to a trip yourself

1. In Settings, tap Library and import.

2. Tap the row that ends in to sort, below the Trips card.

3. Tap Select, then tap the photos.

4. Tap Move … to a trip at the bottom, and pick the trip.

Tip: In To sort, tap Include screenshots to see screenshots too. Your photos aren't changed; only Ricordo keeps the places you give them.
