Get help inside Ricordo

Help is never far away in Ricordo: a short explanation on the page you're on, and full guides and videos in Discover.

The ? on a page

Pages that do something big, like People, Clean up, the Flight log and iCloud sync, have a ? at the top right.

1. Tap the ?.

2. Read how the page works, step by step. The note with the lock says what stays private.

3. Tap More guides and videos to open Discover, or Done to close.

Discover

1. Open Settings from the gear at the top of the Atlas.

2. Under Help, tap Discover.

3. Type a question in Ask a question or search the guides.

4. Tap Get an answer for an answer written from Ricordo's guides, or tap one of the guides below it.

Before you type, Discover shows Video tutorials and every guide by Topics. You can also open it from the Discover widget on your Atlas, or Discover in the sidebar on iPad.

Discover loads its guides online. If you see The guides can't be reached right now, check your connection and pull down to try again.

How Ricordo works

For the whole app in plain words, even offline, tap How Ricordo works under Help in Settings, or at the bottom of Discover. To see the pages from when you first opened Ricordo, tap Show the welcome again.
