Turn the evening nudge on or off
Choose whether Ricordo reminds you to send a postcard on travel evenings, and at what time.
On days away from home, Ricordo can send one reminder in the evening, with your best three photos of the day ready to send. It never comes at home.
Turn it on or off
Tap the gear at the top of the Atlas to open Settings.
Tap Notifications.
Turn Evening nudge when travelling on or off.
To change the time, tap the time next to At and pick a new one.
The nudge is on at 7:30 PM to start. Once you've paired with someone, you can also change it on the Postcards page, under Settings.
When it comes
You get the nudge only when:
You've taken photos today away from home. How far counts as away is set in Settings, under Home and trips.
You haven't sent a postcard yet today.
The notification says where you are, such as "Day 3 in Lisbon". Tap it to open Send a postcard with today's best photos.
Before you've paired with anyone, the nudge asks for a line about your day instead, which goes in that day's note on your trip.
Tip: No nudge? Check that notifications are allowed. If they're off, Settings → Notifications shows Notifications are off for Ricordo. Tap Open Settings to turn them on.
