Give each turn a time limit
Add a turn timer to a game, so every turn gets the same time.
A turn timer sits on the game's screen, ready for each turn. Party games such as Charades come with one already.
Turn it on
On the setup page, tap Turn timer.
Choose a time, from 0:30 to 3:00.
Tap Start game.
To add, change or remove it during a game, tap ⋯, then Change the game, and choose under Turn timer. Choose Off to remove it.
Use it
Tap Start on the timer when the turn begins.
Tap Pause and Resume if you need a break, or Reset to start the turn over.
At zero, it says Time's up and chimes, unless Sounds is off in Settings.
In a running score game, the timer resets by itself when points are added, and shows whose turn it is when Show whose turn it is is on. In a rounds game, it resets when you save a round.
