Spin the globe and watch your world fill in
Explore every country you've been to on a 3D globe, and play your travels year by year with the time machine.
The globe shows every country you've been to, lit in your colour, with your flights and trips drawn on it.
Open the globe
On the Atlas, tap the globe button at the top, or Explore the globe on the first big card. On iPad, tap Globe in the sidebar.
Explore
Drag to spin the globe, and pinch to come closer.
At the top you see your countries, cities, trips and flights, and roughly how far you've travelled.
Tap a country, or its name in the row along the bottom, to see when you first went and your trips and photos there. Tap Open for its page.
Tap a country you haven't been to, then I've been or Want to go. A country you marked by hand shows Remove instead.
Play your years
Tap the play button next to Time machine. Your countries light up year by year, trip by trip.
Tap it again to pause.
Or drag the slider to a year. The top shows your world By the end of that year.
Slide all the way to the right for All years.
The time machine appears once your photos span more than one year.
Tip: Tap the share button at the top right to share your passport card, with the globe and your flags.
If you haven't been abroad yet, the first card on the Atlas shows your own country instead, with its cities and regions.
