Choose who wins, the target and points per tap
Set how a game is won before you start: highest or lowest score, a target, and how many points each tap adds.
Picking a game from the list fills these in for you. Check them on the setup page, below the players, before you tap Start game.
Who wins
Under Who wins, tap Highest or Lowest. Choose Lowest for games like Hearts, where the fewest points win.
Play to a target
Turn on Play to.
Tap − or + to set the target. It moves by 10, or by 50 from 200 up.
When someone reaches the target, Tallynight offers to end the game. With no target, you end it yourself.
Games played in sets show Points per set and Sets here instead. See the guide on playing in sets.
Points per tap
In a running score game, tap Points per tap and choose a set of numbers: 1 · 5 · 10, 1 · 2 · 5, 5 · 10 · 50 or 10 · 50 · 100 (some games offer their own, too). During the game, you switch between them in the bar.
Name the game
Type a name under Game. If you leave it empty, the game is called Running score or Rounds.
Tip: Turn timer and Spin for who starts are on the same page. Each has its own guide.
