What Metwith does and what stays on your iPhone
Learn what Metwith does with the cards you scan, and what stays on your iPhone.
Metwith turns the business cards you collect into people you remember. You scan a card, check what it read, and save the person to Contacts with where you met.
What Metwith does
Reads each card on your iPhone: the name, job title, company, phone numbers, emails, websites and addresses.
Keeps the event you were at, what you talked about, tags and a day to follow up.
Saves the person to Contacts when you tap Save, with a "Met" date and in a Contacts list named after the event.
Gives you a card of your own with a QR code, so people can save you.
What stays on your iPhone
There's no account. Cards are read on your iPhone and nothing is uploaded.
Nothing goes into Contacts until you tap Save.
The card photos, your notes and tags stay in Metwith. They aren't written to Contacts.
Only your own card goes online, and only if you put it there.
Tip: The same promise is in Settings, under Your cards stay yours.
