Refund a payment
Give some or all of a card payment back to a customer.
You can refund a card or bank payment made through Northwind, in full or in part.
Step 1: Find the payment
Go to Payments and click Refund next to the payment.

Step 2: Choose the amount and confirm
Enter how much to refund and why, then click the Refund button.

Good to know: Card refunds reach the customer in 5–10 business days. The card fee isn’t returned to you.
