What stays on your iPhone
What Tallynight keeps, where it keeps it, and what it never sends.
Everything you put into Tallynight stays on your iPhone. There's no account, no ads and no tracking, and nothing is sent anywhere. Tallynight works without an internet connection.
What's kept
Players: the names you type, the colour you pick for each, and a photo if you choose one.
Games: each game's name, its rules, and every score, round by round.
It's all stored in the app, on your iPhone or iPad. Deleting the app deletes it.
Photos
When you give a player a photo, you pick it in the iPhone's own photo picker. Tallynight only gets the photo you pick, and keeps a small square copy of it. It never looks through your library.
What leaves the app
Only what you send yourself. When you share a winner card or export your games, the share sheet sends the file where you choose.
Buying or restoring Pro goes through the App Store.
On the Lock Screen
While a game is open, anyone who can see your Lock Screen can see its names and scores. The belt widget shows the champion's name too. See Stop showing the score on the Lock Screen.
You'll find the same promise in Settings, under Everything stays on this iPhone.
