Save a film as a video

You can save any film as a video, with its look and music, whether it's a highlight, a trip, your week or your year.

1. Start the film.

2. Tap the share button at the top. At the end of a film, you can also tap Share as video.

3. Wait while Ricordo shows Making your film. The video is made on your iPhone, and nothing is uploaded.

4. In the share sheet, tap Save Video to keep it in Photos, or pick an app to send it.

To stop before it's done, tap Cancel.

If the video can't be made

If you see The film couldn't be made, some photos may be stored in iCloud and didn't download. Connect to Wi-Fi and try again.

Tip: Choose the look and music before you save. The video matches what you see.
