Export a spreadsheet for Excel or your CRM
Get every card, with the event, your notes and follow-ups, as a spreadsheet for Excel, Numbers or a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
The spreadsheet export comes with Metwith Pro. It's a CSV file that Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets and most CRMs can open or import.
On Home, tap Settings, the sliders button at the top right.
Under Your cards as a file, tap Excel (CSV).
Choose where the file goes, such as Save to Files, Mail or AirDrop.
Without Pro, Excel (CSV) has a PRO label, and tapping it opens the Pro screen.
The columns
One row per person, with these columns: First name, Last name, Title, Job title, Company, Mobile, Work phone, Fax, Email, PEC, Website, Address, VAT number, Event, Met on, Note, Tags, Follow up, In Contacts, More.
Title is the title before the name, such as Dr. or Arch.
Met on is the day you scanned the card. Follow up is the follow-up day you chose.
In Contacts says Yes for people you saved to Contacts.
More holds the fields you added, such as LinkedIn, each as its name and value.
Two numbers or emails of the same kind share a cell, separated by a slash. Several addresses are separated by a vertical bar.
Tip: When your iPhone's region writes decimals with a comma, as in Italy or Germany, the columns are separated by semicolons, so Excel in that language opens the file in columns. Accented and non-Latin names keep their letters.
